Membership Payment Terms
Business Video School LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") provides services and resources of various kinds (the "Services"). The Site and Services are made available to you only under the following terms and conditions (the "Terms").
PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY USING THE SITE OR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT (i) YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, (ii) UNDERSTAND THEM, (iii) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM, AND (iv) YOU ARE LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. NOTE THAT YOU MAY NOT USE THE SITE OR SERVICES UNLESS YOUR ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE TERMS BELOW, WE ARE UNWILLING TO GRANT YOU ACCESS TO THE SITE OR THE SERVICES.
Membership Subscription Charges
By purchasing a Monthly or Annual Membership, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly or Annual Membership subscription payment (“Subscription Fee”) at the then-current Monthly or Annual Membership subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for recurring charges until you cancel your Membership. You may cancel your Membership at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. Once you subscribe, Business Video School LLC will automatically process your Subscription Fee, and will continue to automatically process your Subscription Fee, until you cancel your Membership, on the billing date created by your first transaction.
If we do not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. Following any such non-payment, we may require you to provide a second valid credit card before continuing to use the Services. You authorize us to charge outstanding fees and other amounts due us against any credit card you have on file with us. We reserve the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including but not limited to legal action and/or using third party collection agencies. You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your credit card by the issuer, bank, or financial institution including, but not limited to, membership, overdraft, insufficient funds, and over the credit limit fees.
You agree to notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 90 days after they first appear on your credit card statement. If you do not bring them to our attention within 90 days, you agree that you waive the right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.
We may modify the price, content, or nature of the Services at any time. At our sole discretion, we may grandfather in the prices of certain members based on factors such as sign up date and good standing. Business Video School LLC will notify members receiving such grandfathered rates prior to the implementation of any price change. If we modify any of the foregoing terms, you may cancel your membership, and such cancellation shall be your sole remedy. We may provide notice of any such changes by email or by publishing them on the Website.
You represent that you will not use any credit card or other form of payment unless you have all necessary authorization to do so. We will not be liable in the event your children or others acting with or without your use your credit card, or other means of payment to subscribe to the Services; however, you may report any unauthorized use to us, and we will use reasonable measures within our control to help prevent future unauthorized use of your credit card or other payment method.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Monthly or Annual Membership at any time by logging into your user portal at https://bizvideoschool.com/login and canceling your Membership under the Settings --> Billing Info section. You will retain access to all Services and resources (trainings, workshops, video recipes, the Business Video School Campus, Q&A Sessions, etc) until the end of your current billing cycle. After your last full billing cycle ends, your private portal on the Site will be deactivated and you will lose access to all Business Video School Services and resources. You can also email us at [email protected] from the email address then currently associated with your account, stating that you want to cancel your Membership. You may cancel your Membership by contacting us by email at least one (1) day before your billing date.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want to make it easy for you to become a member and try out Business Video School. As a result, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee so you can use our School for 30 days and decide if it's a good fit for your needs. This 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to both Monthly and Annual Memberships. Note: We will not offer a pro-rated refund of your Annual Membership if you cancel after the first 30 days of your Membership.
If you are not satisfied with the fit, please contact us at [email protected] within the first 30 days of your Membership and we will give you a full refund on your payment, and deactivate your Membership.Â

Business Video School Products
Business Video School also offers Products outside of our Membership Services and these can be purchased with a single (one-time) payment. These Products include offers like "The Real Estate Video Content Club," "The 60-Minute Real Estate Video Kit," "10 Most Popular Video Recipe (Bundle)", etc. After purchasing a Product, you will have lifetime access to the resources included in the Product. In other words, you will have access to the Product and its resources as long as Business Video School LLC is in business. Payments for these single Products are non-refundable, except in cases where a "money back guarantee" is offered.

Free Trial
We may make one or more Membership Services available to you on a trial basis free of charge. When you enroll in a Business Video School Free Trial Offer, you are entitled to access the included Membership Services for the set amount of time (the "Free Trial Period") that is listed on the Free Trial Offer enrollment page (ex: 30-day trial, 14-day trial, 7-day trial, etc). You activate this Free Trial Period the moment you submit your payment details. By submitting your payment details, you accept the Free Trial Offer and (i) consent to us using your payment details in accordance with our Privacy Policy, (ii) acknowledge and agree to the Business Video School Terms and Conditions. If you decide that you do not want to become a paying member of Business Video School upon the lapse of the Free Trial Period, you have to terminate your Free Trial Offer (in your account's Settings) by the end of the Free Trial Period. If you do not terminate the Free Trial Offer, the payment details you placed on file will be charged the Subscription Fee stated on the original Free Trial Offer enrollment page at the end of your Free Trial Period and this will activate your Membership. You may only use this Free Trial Offer once. Business Video School reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this Free Trial Offer and/or the Free Trial Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and with no liability.

General Restrictions on Use
The rights granted to you by these Terms will remain in force only for so long as these Terms remain in effect. You may not rent, transfer, assign, commercially exploit, resell or sublicense access to the Service or Product to any third party. You may use the Services and Products (including the Downloadable Resources) only for your personal purposes. Except as expressly stated herein, no part of the Site, Products or Services (including the Downloadable Resources) may be copied, reproduced, distributed, re-published, posted publicly or by any means. Any future release, update or other addition to functionality of the Services or Products shall be subject to these Terms.
You promise that any information about yourself that you voluntarily provide to us will be true, accurate, complete and current.
