Terms and Conditions for Video Sprint

Overview

The Video Sprint program is a 6-week service designed to help professionals create 9 short-form videos in 6 weeks. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Activation and Duration

After purchasing a Video Sprint, you must activate your Video Sprint by setting up a Video Sprint account using the instructions we provide. Once your account is set up, your Video Sprint will begin and run for 6 consecutive weeks. During this period, you will have access to the following resources:

  • Weekly Work Sessions

  • Access to our current Video Recipe catalog*

  • Access to select trainings related to the Video Sprint*

  • Editing services*

  • Accountability services (e.g., check-in texts and emails from our team)

     

Editing Services Policy:

We will only edit video footage provided during your 6-week program. This policy ensures accountability for making videos within the Video Sprint timeframe. Videos must be based on Video Recipes in our catalog. While minor script modifications are allowed, they must adhere to the original topics and general message.

 

Editing Expectations:

The footage you submit (per video) must be under 4 minutes in total length when edited. Our editors will provide the following services:

  • Eliminate mistakes from the footage

  • Apply zoom effects to make the video more dynamic

  • Add text graphics (your name and captions)

  • Incorporate 3-5 royalty-free video clips or images (B-roll)

  • Add background music

  • Include branding elements you provide

  • Deliver the edited video for your review, allowing one round of revisions if needed

 

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Full Refund: If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not activated your Video Sprint, you are eligible for a full refund.

  2. No Refunds After 7 Days: After 7 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be issued.

Additional Resources

Access to select resources is available only during your 6-week Video Sprint program. These include:

  • Video Recipe Catalog: A collection of pre-made scripts and instructions for short-form videos.

  • On-Demand Trainings: Exclusive educational content designed to enhance your video skills.

  • Weekly Work Sessions: Participate in scheduled online meetings where you can work on recording your videos and receive guidance from our team (as needed).

To retain access beyond the 6-week program, you must purchase a Business Video School membership.

 

Client Certification and Indemnification

By submitting materials for use in your video projects (e.g., logos, B-roll footage, video footage, images, etc.), you certify that you hold all necessary legal rights, licenses, or permissions to use these materials. You agree to indemnify and hold Business Video School and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of materials you provide. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright infringement, trademark violations, or unauthorized use of third-party content.

 

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed to improve our services or comply with legal obligations. Any updates will be communicated to members via email and reflected on our website.
